This cookie pie starts with our delicious Brown Butter Brownie Cookie Dough as a shell and is filled with layers of pumpkin pie cheesecake, marshmallow, brownies and chocolate graham crackers. These layer beautifully into a wonderfully textured gooey cookie pie for your enjoyment!
These giant stuffed cookie pies will easily serve 8-12 people generous servings or can serve up to 16 small portions. We recommend cutting these at home but we can pre-cut them into 8 slices upon request.
