This cookie pie starts with our delicious Brown Butter Cookie Dough as a shell and is filled with layers of pumpkin pie cheesecake, marshmallow, graham crackers, and butterscotch chips. These layer beautifully into a wonderfully textured gooey cookie pie for your enjoyment! (Also this one is topped with our deluxe Brown Butter Buttercream 🤤)
These giant stuffed cookie pies will easily serve 8-12 people generous servings or can serve up to 16 small portions. We recommend cutting these at home but we can pre-cut them into 8 slices upon request.
